High-Precision Measurements

The A-Scan module features a highly sensitive 10 MHz composite broadband probe that utilizes high-speed digitalization to acquire more than 4,000 points per waveform. This technology delivers a high-resolution, real-time waveform display with continuous display of Axial Length, Anterior Chamber Depth, Lens Thickness, and Vitreous dimensions.

Flexible Measurement Techniques

The probe is designed for versatility, supporting both immersion and contact measurement modes. The immersion technique yields improved accuracy by using a scleral shell to eliminate corneal compression, while the contact method is available for direct application to the anesthetized cornea.

Advanced IOL Calculations

The A-Scan module is a leader in IOL calculations, featuring modern formulas including Hoffer Q, Holladay, SRK/T, SRK II, Binkhorst II, and Haigis. The software allows you to compare results of all formulas simultaneously, calculate emmetropic and targeted ametropic IOL powers, and personalize IOL constants to encourage improved patient outcomes.

Comprehensive Eye Typing

To handle a wide variety of patient pathologies, the system includes predefined eye types for phakic, dense cataract, pseudo-phakic, aphakic, and silicone oil–filled eyes. Furthermore, custom eye types and material velocities can be created to handle individual preferences and special trends.

Intelligent Capture Modes

Users can automatically or manually capture up to five waveforms for each eye. The automatic capture mode is highly sophisticated, allowing the user to define specific criteria for capture, including Sclera detection, Retina detection, or measurement Stability.

IOL Master Synergy

For streamlined office efficiency, the A-Scan features connectivity to the applicable IOL Master 500. This “Synergy Mode” allows the Accutome 4Sight to import and export data directly, facilitating seamless integration into your existing workflow.

Device Portability

The A-Scan is part of a single, readily portable platform that utilizes a high-resolution, 12-inch touch screen. The unit is designed to be easily moved and includes distinct storage slots for the probes on the rear of the unit.

UBM MODULE

With the 4Sight you can image the anterior segment of the patient’s eye including detailed structure definition of the cornea, iris, ciliary body, zonules, crystalline lens and intraocular lens as well as pathologies. The 48MHz probe provides industry leading resolution and image quality.

 

PACHYMETER MODULE

4Sight will help you increase workflow and efficiency with our gentle touch Pachymeter. Featuring an easy-to-use and innovative interface, 9 measurement areas per eye, and a sampling rate of 65MHz, the Pachymeter boasts an accuracy of +/- 5 microns and IOP correction calculations that converts measurements in seconds.
