The ClearChart® 4X Enhanced Digital Acuity System features a new 24 inch, high resolution, LED backlit display, is lightweight, cool running, and long-lasting. The intuitive user interface, whether controlled from the easy-to-use infrared remote or via the Phoroptor® VRx Digital Refraction System, provides the best user experience of any digital acuity chart.

In addition to  features such as ETDRS testing, patient education images, and ability to import images and video, ClearChart 4X now has newly added charts such as additional children’s optotypes, color vision testing charts, and color stereo tests (complete with stereo color vision glasses). ClearChart 4X also incorporate LEA SYMBOLS® and LEA NUMBERS®!

ClearChart® Digital Acuity Systems are all-in-one, custom-built and engineered for all of your acuity testing needs. Utilizing an intuitive and stable operating system designed by Reichert, ClearChart ensures consistent and reliable performance over other computer-based acuity systems.

 

NO MOVING FANS OR SPINNING HARD DRIVES

Requiring no separate components or software, ClearChart Digital Acuity Systems are free of moving parts, noisy fans, and spinning hard drives providing cool-running, silent, and dependable operation.

 

HIGH-RESOLUTION, LED-BACKLIT

All ClearChart models feature a 24-inch, high-resolution (1920×1080), LED-backlit display with three different illumination levels for mesopic (3 cd/m2) and photopic (85 cd/m2) lighting conditions.

 

WIDE RANGE OF OPTOTYPES

ClearChart has an extensive range of optotypes that can be randomized to prevent patient memorization. Optotypes can also be isolated, increased, or decreased in size, and can be displayed in either Snellen or Logmar progression.

Optotypes include: 17 Letter Set, 8 Letter Set, Sloan, HOTV, Landolt C, Landolt C & O, Tumbling E, Children’s Optotypes.

Specialty test charts include Astigmatic Tests, Fusion and Phoria Tests, and Binocular Balance.

ClearChart 4X and ClearChart 4P include LEA SYMBOLS® and LEA NUMBERS® along with ETDRS and Contrast Sensitivity.

 

INTUITIVE REMOTE CONTROL

An easy-to-use, infrared remote control allows access to all features and functions from almost anywhere in the room.

 

DIRECT OR MIRRORED CONFIGURATION

ClearChart Digital Acuity Systems can be configured for standard or mirrored viewing to accommodate refracting distances from 6 ft to 31 ft (1.83 m to 7.5 m).

 

IMAGES AND VIDEOS

ClearChart 4X and ClearChart 4P users have the ability to add images and videos to customize their acuity system by simply importing files from a USB drive.

Patient Education slides and Pediatric Fixation video come standard with the ClearChart 4X and ClearChart 4P.

 

STEREO TESTING

ClearChart 4X now features new color stereo charts for binocular testing. ClearChart 4P features a linear polarized screen with polarization angles of 45° and 135° and utilizes an articulating mount to ensure proper viewing.
